Komodo Island is an island located in the province of East Nusa Tenggara and the original habitat of the Komodo dragons. Komodo Island is located at the westernmost tip of East Nusa Tenggara province, which borders the province of West Nusa Tenggara, be precise in the district of dragons. Komodo Island has become a national park by the Indonesian government since 1980. And then in regard as world heritage site by UNESCO in 1986.
